  • What is the minimum commitment term for a membership?
    The minimum commitment term for a membership is one (1) months.
  • What is included in my membership?
    As a member of our community, you will have unlimited access to the workspace. This includes: 24/7 access to your office, worktable, conference rooms, kitchen, etc. As part of our amenities, you will also have access to: · Lounge seating and common area · Chairs and desks provided · High-speed WiFi · Phone booths · 2 conference rooms · Professional cleaning services on-site · Unlimited B&W printing, copying & scanning to email · Full kitchen; complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit · Additional snacks and beverages all included · Complimentary lunch every Tuesday · Happy hour every Thursday · Amenitized bathrooms · Mailing room/services
  • What is the pricing?
    Pricing varies by space. Please call or schedule a tour to get current pricing and availability.
  • Do you offer any plans/discounts?
    Rise does occasionally offer discounts or promotions. Please call or schedule a tour to get more information.
  • What are the open hours?
    Rise Coworking is open to the public Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our members have access to the workspace 24/7.
  • Do you offer parking?
    Our members utilize street parking. There are 100s of available unpermitted parking spots within 2 blocks of the space.
  • How do I book a tour?
    Click the Schedule a Tour button on our website. From there you will have the option to select an available time that works for you.
  • How can I lease a space with RISE Coworking?
    We recommend all our prospective members to visit us as a first step. You can book a tour with us online, easy, and fast. Find the option on the home page of our website. This service is completely free, and there is no commitment involved. Once you have visited us, our staff will send you a customized proposal based on your needs. Please, review it carefully and make sure all the information is accurate. If you decide to move forward with us, we will email you our list of requirements and get in touch with you for all the following steps.
  • What's the minimum capacity for a Suite at RISE Coworking?
    We have suites designed for one person.
  • What’s the maximum capacity for a Suite at Rise Coworking?
    Our biggest suite has capacity for six people. Remember that you can rent as many suites as you’d like.
  • Can I just book the conference room, or this is just for members usage?
    Conference rooms are only available to members.
  • What's your pet policy?
    We love pets at RISE Coworking. However, in order to respect the common areas hygiene and avoid allergies or discomfort of some of our clients, we are not accepting any pets at the moment. If you have a special request, please, approach the front desk or email our community manager at kara@risecowrk.com for more information.
  • Can I book the Conference room or common areas for private/corporate event during or after hours?
    Private events should be scheduled through the Community Manager and a price can be determined depending on the event. A member is able to book the conference rooms after business hours per the same procedure as during normal business hours.
  • How can I access Rise Coworking location after 5:00 pm or on the weekends?
    Our members will have access to the workspace 24/7 using the cards provided by Rise Coworking. Place your card against the reader sensor to access the building and remember to turn all the lights off in case you are the last person leaving the building.
  • Can I get my mail and packages delivered to this location?
    Indeed. You can get your mail and small packages delivered to this location if you are a member of our community.
  • How can I connect to the printer?
    Printer Fix for Error SC899-00: 1. Access Control Panel on computer 2. Click devices/printers 3. Select printer and right click 4. Select printer properties 5. Select ports 6. Make sure WSD port is clicked 7. Select “Add port” 8. Standard TCP-IP Port a. New port b. Next c. 192.168.1.121 d. Next e. Apply f. Finish 9. Printer Properties again 10. Select advanced 11. Select PCL6 V4 Driver 12. Select apply and finish 13. Print test page 14. Printer – Give Name 15. Select – Job Reset
  • Does RISE Coworking require individual insurance for its members?
    We do not require Insurance for our members.
  • Cancellation policy
    Please consult the cancellation policy and notice requirements of your Membership Agreement If you need help finding this in your contract, please email our staff to karaa@risecowrk.com or approach the front desk for more assistance.
  • How can I pay my membership?
    We collect the payments automatically every first of the month upon ACH client authorization
  • Do I get an invoice and receipt every month?
    Yes, once the payment is collected, our team will email you a copy of your receipt
  • I need to update my billing information
    Please, email our community manager kara@risecowrk.com in order to fill a new ACH authorization form and update your profile with your new billing address
  • Payment methods
    We accept ACH or Wire transfers. If you experience problems with your bank and you need to update your payment method, please reach out to elisha@risecowrk.com for better assistance
  • Tuesday's lunch
    Every Tuesday we offer our clients catered lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Every Monday we will email you the menu so you can plan ahead of time. Please, feel free to email us with options you’d like to see on the menu.
  • Happy Hour
    We also need a break sometimes! Every Thursday from 3:45 to 4:45 pm enjoy our happy hour. Assorted beers and wine will be displayed for your consumption. Please remember that safety is our first concern. Take this into consideration if you are driving.
  • When is the refrigerator cleared?
    To maintain order and hygiene, the refrigerator is cleared out weekly. Any items left in the refrigerator will be removed every Friday by 4:00 pm, including the container.
